Please enter me in the MxCC Grad Dash Race. In consideration of this entry being accepted, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release Middlesex Community College, the State of Connecticut and the MxCC Foundation, as well as other organizations or sponsors associated with this event and their employees, from any and all injuries that may be suffered/incurred by me at said event. Parental/guardian permission (reg. desk) required for minors.

I understand that my photo may be taken at this event and I grant
permission to MxCC and the MxCC Foundation to use said photos in
future advertsining/promotions or publications. Any participants
under age 18 must have written parental/guardian permission to
participate (forms available at registration desk prior to race.)

I understand the cancellation policy which is that this race will be
held rain or shine - if cancelled due to extreme weather or other
dire circumstances, shirts will be mailed to participants, no refunds
can be made.
